About the RolE

You'll be running day-to-day operations on site. Your job is to make sure everyone knows the plan, has what they need and can get stuck into the work safely and productively. You'll work closely with Supervisors, Leading Hands and crews to keep jobs moving and deliver quality work our customers can be proud of.

What we're looking for

You'll probably have experience in:

• Asphalt

• Chipseal

• Civil construction

• Road maintenance

• Surfacing operations

You'll also need:

• Good leadership skills.

• Strong communication.

• The ability to organise people, plant and materials.

• Solid health and safety awareness.

• A focus on quality work.

• The ability to keep calm when things get busy.
